Countermeasures to prevent the spread of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19)

To prevent the spread of Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), we are taking the following measures.

• Measures for customers

1. In consideration of the health of both customers and staff, the staff will be wearing

mask as a precautionary measure.

2. Disinfectants are regularly used during cleaning, especially in locations where customers often touch.
3. We frequently ventilate our building more than usual.
4. We have a sign of waiting position to keep social distance for check in and out
5. At the time of check-in, we will check the health condition and body temperature of the customer and the transit point to the hotel.
6. We have shields at the front desk to prevent droplet infection.
7. We are refraining from attend customer to the room for your health and safety.

  We will provide you hotel information paper when checking in to the hotel.

8. We may put a limit for number of people for using elevator to prevent crowded places.
9. We may put a limit for number of people for using hot spring to prevent crowded places.

  Please refrain from talking and keep social distance.

10. Please leave a space between you and other customers when you sit down in a restaurant. Breakfast style have change to set meal from buffet.

• Measures for staffs

1. The staff will be wearing masks as a precautionary measure.
2. We check body temperature.
3. We check health conditions and fill out health questionnaire every time before staring work.
4. We disinfect our hands with hand sanitizer at all times.
5. We highly recommend practicing proper hand sanitization and gargle at all times.
6. We are promoting proper sanitation within the facility every day such as disinfection, ventilation front desk, office.

• Request to customers

1. Please wear masks to prevent droplet infection.
2. Hand soap and mouthwash are also provided in washrooms. Please practice proper handwashing and gargle with mouthwash whenever possible.
3. We sincerely apologize for those who have a fever or who are not feeling well, but please refrain from visiting.

   (E.g.) Fever over 37.5℃/ Headache/ Sore throat/Cough/Sneezing/Cold/ Joints ache/

         Swelling of the lymph/ Olfactory disorder/ Taste disorder etc.

4. If you are experiencing a fever or cough, or if you are feeling unwell in any way, please speak to the staff immediately.

In order to provide a safer and cleaner environment for a comfortable stay at our hotel, we are promoting proper sanitation within the facility.
